FAQ
What services do you offer?
I provide logo design, brand identity, illustration, graphic design, web design, and video post-production. Whether you need a mark built from scratch or a full brand system, I work across print, screen, and motion.
How do I get started on a project?
Do you work with clients outside of Indiana?
Yes. I work with clients remotely across the U.S. Most projects are handled entirely online, from initial brief through final file delivery.
What file formats will I receive?
Final deliverables depend on the project, but logo packages typically include vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), print-ready PDFs, and screen-optimized PNGs. If you need a specific format, just ask.
How long does a typical project take?
Logo and brand projects generally run two to four weeks depending on complexity and revision rounds. Web and motion projects vary. Timelines are established at the start of each engagement.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. I present concepts with clear rationale and refine based on your feedback until the work is right.
How do you price projects?
I price each project to fit the work rather than forcing everything into one formula. Most projects get a fixed quote: after we talk through scope, I send one price covering deliverables, timeline and revision rounds, so you know the total before work begins.
Some work is better suited to a different structure:
Ongoing work, such as regular marketing materials, website care or steady production, can run on a monthly retainer with a set scope each month.
Focused bursts of work can be booked as a dedicated day or week when you need a lot done fast and can be available for quick decisions.
Larger projects, such as a brand identity or website your business will rely on for years, are priced on the scope and value of what you’re getting, not the hours it takes to make it.
Whatever the structure, you get the price in writing before anything starts. If you’re not sure which fits, describe the project and I’ll recommend one.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Yes. Projects needed in fewer than five business days are billed at 1.5 times the standard fee. The rush timeline starts once I have all the content, files, and approvals the project needs, so the sooner everything arrives, the more of that window goes to the work itself. Rush availability depends on my current schedule, so please ask before assuming a date is open.
Does the rush rate apply to changes too?
Yes. If a change request needs to be turned around in fewer than five business days, the rush rate of 1.5 times the standard fee applies to that work as well.
How are changes billed?
Changes beyond the revision rounds included in your project are quoted as a flat fee before any work begins, so you know the cost up front. Grouping edits into a single request is the easiest way to keep costs down; several small changes sent together are scoped and quoted as one request.
